Fair warning – This one has a much darker tone in contrast to the previous wholesome overflow of Chapter 2’s Christmas party.

It’s no accident that each character has a dark past. Apart from the story relevance, I did want to use their struggles to raise awareness of problems that people might be dealing with. Sometimes, all it takes is a bit of understanding and care to change or even save someone’s life.

Don’t turn a blind eye to what someone close to you might be going through. We have to learn to listen and support each other, especially in difficult times. We’re not all strong enough to face the hardships of this world alone and some of us are simply dealt a bad hand that we don’t know what to do with.

Keep that in mind, at least until the next chapter where the tone will once again shift to something a little happier. I'm also adding an emotional support channel to the Patron only section of the Discord for those who need it (either after playing the update or in general ;) ).

Note: Shadow’s reveal has a much lower Talent requirement in this version so you don’t feel cheated out of seeing it. It will require a lot more points from Chapter 4 and onwards.
